Jim Dargue
Jim is a licensed settlement agent in Virginia and Maryland and has been in the title business for ten years. He has worked in multiple markets including Reston, McLean, Alexandria and Vienna. He joined Monarch Title in 2004, then worked closely with the management team to open a Dulles Corridor office in May, 2006. Jim continues to provide oversight for this office as well as participate in the strategic growth of the company, especially in penetrating the Reston, Fairfax, and Prince William markets. Jim graduated from George Mason University.
Charles Fincher
Charles manages Monarch's offices in Leesburg and Gainesville. He has extensive knowledge and expertise of real estate matters in Virginia. Prior to graduating from Hampden-Sydney College and The Marshall-Wythe School of Law at The College of William and Mary, Charles had been working in the real estate and title industries since 1982. In addition, Charles has been involved with many community organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, the Leesburg Economic Development Commission, Leadership Loudoun, Leesburg Daybreak Rotary, Boy Scouts and other community and religious organizations.
Katie Brewer Griffin
Katie is a graduate of the University of Virginia and William and Mary School of Law. An attorney barred in Virginia and Washington, DC, she manages Monarch's Eastern Market office. Katie also has experience in contract law. Katie has lived and worked on Capitol Hill since 2006. Katie is an active member of the Capitol Hill community and enjoys helping her clients understand the particular issues involved in buying and selling property in the District.
Erin Rauner
Erin is responsible for Monarch's Alexandria and Springfield offices, as well as for providing legal counsel on title and settlement matters through her firm, Tucker and Rauner, P.C. Erin received her Bachelor's at Virginia Tech and graduated from the George Mason University School of Law in 1992. Admitted to practice in both Virginia and Maryland, Erin’s entire career has been devoted to real estate law and litigation.
Jeff Renzulli
Jeffrey J. Renzulli is a partner with Sack, Harris & Martin, P.C. and manages the Monarch office in Middleburg, VA. Mr. Renzulli has been a practicing attorney in Northern Virginia specializing in real estate and corporate matters since 1995. He graduated cum laude in 1988 from Georgetown and in 1992 from Boston College school of Law and is a resident of Delaplane and Arlington, Virginia.
Patrick John Tangney
Patrick joined Monarch Title in August of 2009 to assume the role of Managing Attorney for its Georgetown office. Previous to joining Monarch Title, Patrick worked for three years as a Settlement Attorney in D.C., and before that worked in the Patent Law area. Patrick graduated from the United States Naval Academy and The Columbus School of Law. He is currently barred in Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia (pending). Patrick was stationed at the Pentagon in 2000, and has lived in several neighborhoods in the Washington, D.C. area since.
Erika Tucker
Erika entered the field of title and settlement after a successful career in family law. Erika managed Monarch Title's Maryland operations and closings until 2007. Erika currently runs Monarch Title's McLean office, provides oversight for Monarch's Washington, D.C. business, and actively practices real estate law with her firm, Tucker and Rauner, P.C. Erika earned her Bachelor's degree from Smith College and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Erika holds Bar admissions in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
