Monarch Sponsored Volunteer Program

Monarch takes a great sense of pride in putting forth a consistent effort to help those less fortunate than ourselves. We strongly encourage and support our employees volunteering time to non-profit and community organizations. To further extend these endeavors, we allow them each up to 5 days per year of paid time during the workweek to volunteer with an approved charity.
